Refund Policy
You pay in cash when your book reaches you, so most of what a refund policy usually covers simply does not arise.

Nothing is paid up front
Sending an order request costs nothing and charges nothing. There are no card details and no online payment anywhere on this site, so up to the moment your book is handed over there is nothing to refund.
Changing your mind
Tell us before we start making the book and we simply stop — no charge, no paperwork. If we have already made it, we would ask you to go ahead with the order, because a book written and illustrated for one child cannot be sold to anyone else.
Damaged or faulty books
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrectly bound, contact us with a photograph and we will make it again, or return what you paid, in cash.
If your book never arrives
If we cannot get your book to you, you pay nothing. If you have already paid, we return the cash in full.
