Orders
An order is confirmed when we have spoken to you and agreed the details. Because every book is personalized and made individually, that conversation is when we start making the rest of it. Every book is read through by someone at Hekaya before it is printed or sent.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photographs and details you upload. You give Hekaya permission to use them for the purpose of creating and printing your book.
Our content
The story text, illustrations, and book design we create for you are provided for your personal use. The Hekaya brand, logo and site design remain ours.
Acceptable use
Please only upload photographs you have the right to use, and do not use Hekaya to create content that is unlawful or harmful.
